Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No hidden costs at all. The first year is £695 (inc. VAT) which covers everything: design, development, migration, hosting, and support. From year 2 onwards, it's just £495/year for ongoing hosting and support. That's it.
When do I need to pay?
You don't pay anything upfront. We build your website first, and you only pay once you've reviewed and approved it. This risk-free approach means you see exactly what you're getting before committing any payment.
What if I need more than 2 hours support per month?
The 2 hours/month covers most practices' needs for content updates and minor changes. If you need additional support, we charge £60/hour (inc. VAT) for any time beyond your monthly allowance. Most practices never exceed the included time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! There's no binding contract. If you want to cancel, just give us 30 days' notice. We'll provide all your website files and help with the transition if needed. We're confident you'll love our service, so we don't lock you in.
What's included in 'same-day updates'?
Email us any content changes (text updates, new images, document uploads, news items, etc.) before 2pm Monday-Friday, and we'll update your site the same day. Emergency updates outside these hours are handled ASAP.
Do you offer discounts for multiple practices or PCNs?
Yes! We offer significant discounts for PCN groups and multiple practices under the same management. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific requirements.
What happens to my current website during the switch?
Your current website stays live until your new site is ready. We develop everything on a temporary URL, you review and approve it, then we switch over your domain name. Zero downtime.
Is the £495/year really everything?
Yes! It covers hosting on UK servers, SSL certificate, security updates, daily backups, 2 hours/month support, same-day content updates, monitoring, and all technical maintenance. No surprise bills.
What if I want custom features not in your framework?
We can build custom features! We'll quote separately for bespoke functionality. Most practices find our standard framework has everything they need, but we're flexible if you need something unique.
How does the 1-week delivery work?
Once you sign up, we work efficiently through our proven process: Day 1 (sign up), Day 2 (design brief), Days 2-3 (development), Day 4 (review), Days 4-5 (feedback), Day 6 (testing), Day 7 (launch). Fast, but never rushed.
